ONO Showasai was a wood crafter and a living national treasure. We exhibit his major works which show his modern sense while he followed traditional technique.

A Japanese painter, IKEDA Yoson was an honorary citizen of Kurashiki City. We exhibit works of Yoson and of IKEDA Michio, a son of Yoson and a councilor of Nitten, from our collection.
