                  it extends throughout the rest of the world from &quot;Kurashiki&quot;.

                  This was the image that the organizers had in mind when they held the 1st

                  Kurashiki International Friendship Festival so many years ago. This year's

                  theme 「Friends from Around the World《stays faithful to that image, with

                  the holding of the 15th Kurashiki International Festival at the Kurashiki

                  Geibunkan Hall.<BR>

<BR>

                  This year's Festival-Eve Concert will be held on Saturday, October 8 and

                  will feature a performance by the Swiss Youth Jazz Band &quot;Swing Kids&quot;.

                  The concert will began at 6 pm and it will be held in the Main Hall of

                  the Kurashiki Geibunkan Hall. The following day, October 9, various events

                  including international song and dance performances, an international food

                  court and a flea market will be held both indoors and outdoors at the Kurashiki

                  Geibunkan Hall. We hope that many of you choose to stop by and participate

                  in all the fun and think this is a very good way to make many new friends

                  and interact with many of Kurashiki's International residents.</TD>
